Just after 8:20 am, a TransLink spokesperson said measures have been put in place “to safely disembark passengers who have been waiting on Train 2 at Main and have called in some buses to help them complete their journeys.”

A police incident near Main Street is causing major delays to the West Coast Express this morning.
“A police incident has stopped train traffic near Main Street, including West Coast Express train #2 westbound this morning,” Translink said.
“Train 3 has dropped passengers at Moody Centre station to transfer to Evergreen and Train 4 and 5 of the morning will do the same as access to the track west of Main is not expected anytime soon.”
