All five of the westbound West Coast Express trains are delayed due to a track issue, according to TransLink. Workers are onsite, but the trains’ speed is restricted as a result.
TransLink says trains one and two are delayed by 15 to 20 minutes, while trains 3 and 4, both longer trains, will be more affected by the speed restrictions and will be delayed by 25 minutes. The last train, train five, will be delayed by 15 minutes, as it’s a shorter train.
Attendants are at stations advising passengers of the delays. Further updates will be available as they become available.
