This is also a great way to offset the costs of any trips you are planning on taking by renting it out while you are out of town. They also have a renter rating system, so you can choose whether or not you want to rent it out to a particular renter.

CuddleUp, a Vancouver-based online portal connecting users with cuddlers, is encouraging members to shift their mindset about reaching out for a cuddle with strangers. It may seem unusual at first, but with our independent lifestyles, many are lacking a real human connection.
You can signup at CuddleUp and offer your services as a Cuddler for hire. CuddleUp lists a typical cuddle date as cuddling on a couch while watching a movie.

Expected Income: Depends upon your closet, you set the price you would like to receive for your clothing and 100% of the selling price goes back to you.

Making money as a photographer has become easier over the last decade. There are now lots of sites, like Shutterstock, looking to buy digital photos from professional and amateur photographers. As with most things, the better you are, the more money you will make, but it can be a nice passive income if you work at it.

This just scratches the surface, but the point is that there are many ways you can make extra cash this summer, from tried and true options like yard work and dog walking to new online innovations like CuddleUp.
