Last week I hinted that a giant 27 foot screen was to be installed on Granville Street (The Sears building block) for the World Cup Finals. Well, my sources have told me the screen is a go for today’s Netherlands, Uruguay tilt. If you can’t make it to Granville to soak in the beautiful weather and watch the game there’s always Commercial Drive (recommended) and other great venues to enjoy the games in Vancouver.
