A CBC reporter caught on video a Vancouver Police Department (VPD) officer kicking an already handcuffed suspect. The suspect, from Surrey, was accused of stealing cash and merchandise from a sex shop. In the video you can clearly see a plain clothed officer kick the suspect in the chest.
Vancouver police have launched an investigation. I think we all know how that’s going to turn out.
