If you’re a Virgin Mobile Member, or know someone who is, you’re probably already familiar with their Member Benefits program. From sweet deals at your favourite stores to unique ‘money can’t buy’ experiences, Virgin Mobile have been lifting up the red velvet rope for their Members for years.

Now Virgin Mobile is making their VIP experiences even easier to access and redeem with the launch of their new ‘My Benefits App’ (available for Android and coming soon to iOS), bringing great Member Benefits directly to your smartphone.

Of course there’s no shortage of apps vying for our attention. In fact, according to a recent survey from Virgin Mobile Canada and Vision Critical, two-thirds of us (67%) already keep between one and 10 apps on our home screens. So why does the My Benefits App deserve a spot on your smartphone? Here are four reasons why it’s worth downloading:

Perhaps you’re a budding fashionista looking for the latest deals and discounts. Or maybe you’re a card-carrying film fan who just can’t wait to see the latest big screen releases. There’s nothing worse than getting information about an offer after it has already expired, or finding out about a great party the day after it’s happened. Fortunately the new My Benefits App uses push notifications to keep Members in the loop about nearby benefits, so you’ll never have to worry about missing out again.
