New vegetarian Vietnamese spot 'Do Chay' to open in Vancouver May 18
A new vegetarian Vietnamese spot is officially opening soon in Vancouver, and it looks delicious.
Do Chay Saigon Vegetarian, located at 1392 Kingsway, has quietly welcomed some customers in during what looks to be its soft launch, and from the pictures, it looks like a must-try spot.

The eatery promises vegetarian and vegan Vietnamese fare infused with modern flavours.

It features a menu full of eats like rice bowls in varieties like lemongrass tofu, black garlic eggplant, sweet and spicy bowl with oyster mushroom, and coconut curry.
Do Chay will also offer noodle bowls like vegan pho, stay noodles, and vermicelli, and an exciting selection of mostly-vegan street foods too.
