Vegan Holiday Pop-Up Shop this weekend in East Vancouver

Local vegan-friendly vendors come together under one roof  December 12 to 14 for a holiday pop-up shop, featuring food, drinks, community yoga, a vegan health and fitness panel, and great gift ideas not just for vegans, but everyone on your list.

Presented by The Vegan Project, The Holiday Pop-Up Shoppe features food, drinks and vegan wares for purchase from local vendors including Hippie Foods, Naked Coconuts, Zimt Chocolates, Krokodile Pear Juice, For the Love of Food, Community Yoga, Me & You, Tara-Lee Gardner Designs, Chomp Vegan Eatery, Karina Inkster, and more.

Event highlights include the kick-off party at the end of the first shopping day from 6:30 p.m, to 9 p.m.

Shoppers on Saturday are welcome to take part in a yoga class at 5 p.m, courtesy of Community Yoga. Also on Saturday is a free vegan health panel, featuring vegan health and fitness experts like vegan nutritionist and personal trainer, Karina Inkster. Karina just released her first book, Vegan Vitality, which will be available for purchase at the event. Panel admittance will be by donation, with partial proceeds going to SAINTS Animal Rescue & Sanctuary in Mission, B.C.
