Studio Cloud 30, a talent development hub, has opened its second studio in Tsawwassen.

Know for its mandate of “for artists, by artists,” Studio Cloud 30 is a place where musicians and performers of all levels develop their talents using the highest standard of current and relevant industry training. Top level industry staff lead the way in the private, state-of-the-art studio through workshops, group classes, and special events.

Studio Cloud 30 bridges the gap between traditional music schools and major label development through its vocal coaching, music lessons, acting training, performance opportunities, and practical hands-on support.

Scheduled to open in May 2016, this open concept facility at Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall will replicate its Vancouver flagship counterpart. It will offer premier vocal instruction, music lessons to residents of Ladner, Delta, and Richmond.

Founded in 2009 by husband and wife team Warren and Katherine Flandez, Studio Cloud 30 was created as a vehicle for people of all ages, backgrounds, and talent levels to reignite or discover their passion for music.

After recently trading in their Yaletown condo to start a family in the picturesque waterfront community of Beach Grove, Warren and Katherine saw a growing need for arts education in the South Delta area.

“We are thrilled to introduce Studio Cloud 30 to the residents of beautiful sunny Tsawwassen,” says Flandez. “When we began seeing an influx of clients commuting weekly from various parts of the Lower Mainland to our Vancouver studio, some as far as Abbotsford, we knew it was time to expand. Tsawwassen was a natural next step given our new ties to the community, and we plan to continue growing to serve other areas in the future.”

Studio Cloud 30 provides exclusive performance opportunities throughout the year for its clients and also runs a 50 piece community pop choir, and the Top Line Vocal Collective. It intends on bringing similar types of community engagement opportunities to its new location.

Pre-registration is currently open for private lessons in voice, songwriting, piano, guitar, and drums at the Tsawwassen location. For more information, call 604-696-1830 or visit
