What: Now in its ninth year, the food truck extravaganza features a rotating selection of purveyors outside the Vancouver Art Gallery, in šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énk Square, on the north side of the building. Part of Dine Out Vancouver.

The Mashup – Beer, Wine and Distillery Tour

What: Vine&hops hosts a tour of three Vancouver based establishments. The tour starts with beer flights and appy at a local brewery, followed by wine flights and a light dinner at Vancouver’s only urban winery. The night finishes with cocktails and dessert at a local distillery.

Shakespeare’s EM

What: Pi Theatre invites the public to peek behind the curtain of their new adaptation of Othello, based on the point of view of character Emilia. From January 29 to 31 from 12 to 5 pm, attendees can see Pi Theatre choosing text, working on the show tech, and talking about characters. On January 31 from 2 to 4 pm, Pi Theatre will be performing scenes.

La Poutine Week Vancouver 2020

Lunar New Year on Burnaby Heights

Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival

What: Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival is back for its 10th year celebrating all things hot chocolate. There are 44 participating ‘chocstars’ at this year’s fest, all of which are local purveyors. Each cafe, dessert bar, and restaurant has created sugary wondrous concoctions that take classic hot chocolates to a whole new level – there will be 114 drinks in total to explore.

Super Bowl @ Sportsbar Live!

What: On February 2, The Sportsbar LIVE! at Rogers Arena is hosting an epic Super Bowl Sunday party so you can cheer on your team (or just watch the highly anticipated commercials) in the ultimate game-day setting. The venue features 102 high definition TVs and a 90-ft. bar with a second to none A/V experience that puts you right in the touchdown action.

West Craft’s Sunday Service

What: West Craft (Hopwired Festival, Fruit Beer Fest) will be setting up shop at East Vancouver’s Prototype Coffee every Sunday until February 2. The temporary residency will offer patrons rare and hard-to-find craft beers alongside Prototypes coffee and snacks, and proceeds go towards supporting the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.
