A Vancouver townhouse has been listed nine times since 2019 and has yet to find a buyer despite the asking price dropping by over $4 million.
Unit 104 at 1139 West Cordova Street is currently listed for $6,880,000. In 2019, it was listed for $10,980,000.
The last time it was sold was for $7,600,000 in 2017, putting the current asking price $720,000 below that sale. The current asking price also falls slightly under the assessed value of $7,442,000.
