Free outdoor summer movies lineup in Stanley Park has been revealed

Outdoor movies in Stanley Park are back this summer, and you can even help pick one of the films to watch under the stars.

Fresh Air Cinema and Evo Car Share have unveiled the lineup for the 2026 edition of the Evo Summer Cinema Series, returning to the Grand Lawn at Ceperley Meadows near Second Beach.

Thousands of people will gather every Tuesday from July 14 to Sept. 1 for Canada’s largest outdoor movie series. You can watch a curated lineup of Hollywood hits and family favourites on the giant 40-foot inflatable movie screen.

Attendees are invited to bring a blanket or chair to enjoy free lawn seating, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. VIP seating is also available and offers a front-row seat to enjoy the films in stress-free comfort.

The first 75 VIP reservations per showing will receive a $10 West End Spend Local voucher, as an early bird special, to be used at a wide variety of West End businesses.

Every VIP seat also comes with free giveaways, including treats by MadeGood. Tickets to the VIP Zone are on sale now.

Each evening will feature unique events and activities as well as giveaways from Evo Summer Cinema Series sponsors. There will also be food trucks, fresh popcorn, and surprise pop-ups for guests to enjoy on-site.

Fresh Air Cinema and Evo Car Share are also letting audiences vote on which film will play on Tuesday, Sept. 1. The options are Raiders of the Lost Ark or Jurassic Park, and voting can be done online.
