Police are investigating after a stabbing that took place in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.

The incident took place on Monday night, just around 10:20 pm.

The victim was stabbed near the are of Main Street and Hastings Street.

A man in his 30s was rushed to the hospital shortly after. Fortunately, his injuries have been deemed as non-life-threatening at this time.

Constable Steve Addison of the Vancouver Police Department (VPD) says that no arrests have been made and that the case is still under investigation.
