The festival will take place at the Vancity Theatre on November 15 and 16. At last year’s festival, 29 films were screened and over $15,000 in prizes were awarded to both emerging and established filmmakers! Students at all levels (not just colleges and universities now), recent graduates and professional filmmakers from B.C. are eligible to enter. Filmmakers wishing to submit more than one film should also take advantage of the special bundle deals for both professionals (all films from the same director/production company) and students (all films made at the same school).

Did you know they also accept entries of web series episodes? Find out more at www.VSFF.com for full entry details and to submit your film online.

All professional artists receive an artist fee after screening at the festival. There’s no longer a time limit, but remember, the shorter, the better!

About the Vancouver Short Film Festival
