Sephora opening two new Vancouver locations in the next few weeks

If you live in Vancouver and the nearest Sephora isn’t quite near enough, good news: two new locations are coming soon, including one that’s super transit-friendly.
First, Sephora’s 146th Canadian store will be opening in the new Oakridge Park mall.
As Daily Hive Urbanized reported, Oakridge Park will officially be opening later this month.
Best of all, if you get to the new Oakridge store’s opening quick enough, you’re entitled to a little goodie bag and potentially more.
“To celebrate our new store opening, receive a complimentary tote inspired by Canada’s rich diversity with a minimum purchase, while supplies last. Plus, the first 100 guests on grand opening day can enjoy exclusive giveaways and special in-store experiences,” a press release about the opening states.
Oakridge Park is incredibly easy to get to thanks to the Canada Line.
The other new Vancouver Sephora location set to open, while not as easy to get to, is still in a fairly convenient spot.
Sephora will be opening another location in Kitsilano. According to Sephora’s website, the Kitsilano location will have its grand opening on June 5 at 2235 West 4th Ave, between Yew and Vine streets, right next to Kit + Ace. Previously, the building at 2235 West 4th was occupied by Adidas for its Terrex outdoor-focused store.
“Sephora is the world’s leading global prestige beauty retail brand. With 52,000 passionate
employees operating in 34 markets,” the popular beauty and personal care retailer said in a release.
This year marks 17 years since the first Sephora opened in the city at Pacific Centre in downtown.
