An exposure means someone who tested positive for the virus was at school in the days before their positive test result, meaning they were likely infectious. Contact tracers get in touch with their close contacts directly, so families who don’t receive a call from public health can attend school as usual.
Vancouver Coastal Health did not report any new exposures Friday for Richmond, North Vancouver, or West Vancouver.
