Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who allegedly exposed himself to students inside a Vancouver high school.

On January 31 around 7:00 a.m., a 15-year-old student was dropped off at Magee Secondary School by a parent. As she entered the school through the main doors off Maple Street, the girl saw a man standing outside in the shadows.

As two other female students entered the school, they also took note of the same stranger standing outside.

A short time later, the man was seen entering the school through the main doors and walking to the area of the men’s washroom by the theatre. A student described the man as having his pants undone with his genitals exposed, as he watched the students that were seated in the rotunda.

Approximately 15 minutes after the man entered the school, he was seen leaving through the main doors, walking towards Maple Street.

The man was described as Aboriginal or Asian, 40 to 50 years old, and around 5’10″ tall, with a medium build. He was clean-shaven, wearing a black toque, a three-quarter-length black jacket, jeans and dark work boots.

Anyone with information about this incident, or knows the identity of this man, is asked to call the Vancouver Police Special Investigation Section at (604) 717-0601 or Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 222-8477.
