This year's PNE Prize Home has been unveiled (PHOTOS)

One of BC’s most popular grand prize lotteries is back for another year.
The PNE Prize Home was recently unveiled, kicking off the 85th annual PNE Prize Home Lottery.

The grand prize package, valued at over $2 million, features a 3,159-sq-ft farmhouse-style home that will be relocated to Kelowna, BC.
The contemporary project features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It’s also defined as a Net Zero Ready home, meaning that it is able to produce as much energy as it consumes.

Some of the house’s features include a gourmet kitchen, indoor furniture from Yaletown Interiors, and flagship appliances from KitchenAid and Whirlpool.
Other amenities that are included in the grand prize package are a robotic lawn mower, battery-powered yard equipment, and a hot tub and gazebo.

After the 2019 Fair at the PNE, the prize home will be relocated to Kelowna’s Kirschner Mountain, accompanied by stunning valley and lake views.

The prize home also has two spaces on the upper and lower floor that can be used for outdoor dining and other activities.

All tickets purchased will be entered into the grand prize draw, as well as five Brian Jessel BMW draws, five cash draws, five Air Canada Vacation draws, and one draw for a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle.
