The primary penthouse suite at Paradox Hotel, formerly the Vancouver Trump Tower, has just been listed for a massive sum of money.

Even though the property is assessed at $9,852,000, PH1 at 1151 West Georgia Street was listed on Monday for $23,800,000.

The penthouse suite features 4,661 sq. ft. of space, three bedrooms, five bathrooms, and various luxurious amenities. Looking at the assessment history, it has gone through a bit of a rollercoaster regarding its value.

In 2017, the listed build date, the penthouse suite was assessed at $14,618,000. 2018, it reached its peak value of $15,128,000.

The penthouse is on the 68th floor of the Georgia Street building, so you can bet the views are incredible, and pictures make that extra clear. Those views are available in virtually every room thanks to windows and sliding glass doors that wrap around the entire unit.

According to the listing from Jovi Realty, the building is “Arthur Erickson’s architectural icon.”

Views of Coal Harbour, English Bay, Stanley Park, and the North Shore mountains are just some of the things you can see from this unit.

Another glamorous feature is the Vancouver penthouse rooftop terrace’s Whirlpool hot tub that “comfortably seats 10-15 people.”

“This is elevated living redefined,” Jovi Realty states.

The building has two other penthouse suites, which Jovi Realty has also listed. PH2, which features 4,406 sq. ft. of space, four bedrooms and five bathrooms, was listed for $18,800,000. Meanwhile, PH3, which features 3,744 sq. ft. of space with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, was listed for $15,800,000.

These penthouse suites also offer access to the rooftop terrace and the Whirlpool hot tub with a view.

Putting the focus back on PH1, a 20 per cent down payment on the $23,800,000 asking price would run you $4,760,000. On a five-year fixed mortgage, your monthly payments would total roughly $105,000 yearly.
