This year, clubZone will be presenting the 10th annual Vancouver Nightlife Awards (VNA’s) on June 10, 2013 at the legendary Commodore Ballroom. With the help of Promosa, Cathrill, and Masterhouse Media, clubZone will bring together over 1,000 industry professionals to honour the best of Vancouver’s nightlife industry. Vancity Buzz is proud to be a media partner of the VNA’s.
The VNA’s have evolved from their beginnings in 2004 to become the only special event in Vancouver that brings every major venue owner, promoter, DJ, manager and bartender into one room.
With a little help from their industry panel comprised of Vancouver nightlife veterans (including our very own Karm Sumal), clubZone will be presenting awards in 20 unique categories of people, places and events including Nightclub of the Year, Best New Venue, Best VIP Host and many more.
Winners are determined 50 per cent by the industry panel and 50 per cent by the public, so don’t miss the opportunity to let your voice be heard. Log on before May 31 to vote for your favorite professional in each category.
The VNA’s were originally founded by Clubvibes.com founder Joel Weinmaster. Joel joined the clubZone team as Chief Technology Officer last year when Clubvibes was acquired by clubZone for $500,000, bringing the VNA’s to the table.
