The National Institute for Cannabis Health and Education Canada (NICHE) is hosting a Cannabis & Our Community event in Vancouver this month.

The forum seeks to educate stakeholders from municipal government, work safety, health care, insurance, tourism, and others that will be impacted by legalization and its changing laws.

A confirmed representative from Health Canada will kick off the forum and address topics including an overview of the federal legal framework for cannabis, engagement with First Nations, Inuit and the Métis Nation, and community support through education, awareness, and compliance.
