Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson selling his Kitsilano ocean view home

It has only been two years since Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson moved into his waterfront Kitsilano property since moving from his residence in the Cambie Corridor in 2013.

Now, Roberston is selling his house again, this time listed for $1.79 million – up from $1.488 million in 2013. Local realtor David Tung recently listed the house for sale on his website and YouTube channel.

The property in Kitsilano is a three-storey duplex with a “stunning ocean and mountain view.” The property was built in 1980 with two bedrooms, one office room and a den.

The property also houses three entertainment-size decks, porcelain and mosaic tiles, a built-in speaker system, heated floors, and a private backyard with a spa tub.

The home is currently owned by Robertson and his ex-wife Amy. The two separated in July 2014.
