April Fool’s jokes are rampant and we’ve already fooled 100’s of unsuspected shopping fanatics with our little prank. Tech giant Google is out there pranking as well. Ever wonder what a map of Vancouver would look like if it was on the NES system. Well wonder no more, check out their new “Quest” map feature. For all you video game aficionado’s this map is definitely drool worthy.
This reminds me of the Vancouver SkyTrain map done in Super Mario Bros style.
The “Start Your Quest” box at the left side of the screen allows users to view 8-bit landmarks. You can drag and drop the hero and explore Vancouver in all its 8-bit glory. Good way to waste a lazy Sunday.
