Last night mother nature decided to put on her own fireworks as a summer thunderstorm rolled through Metro Vancouver. Two people were struck by lightning and hundreds were left stranded at the top of Grouse Mountain while the storm raged on. A storm like this is a rare sight in Vancouver. We’ve compiled some spectacular photos from last night’s storm and the main image above is from a previous brief storm in early July.
