Tonight’s finally the night, and the location for the 8th annual Le Dîner en Blanc Vancouver has been revealed.

George Wainborn Park in Yaletown will serve as the backdrop for the all-white-everything pop-up dinner party. This elegant event has white-clad diners enjoying eats el fresco.

Just a reminder that this event has some rules: you have to wear white and you must bring a table, chairs, and a tablecloth (all white of course) and as always, the location for Dîner en Blanc has been kept a secret until the day of the event, which goes on rain or shine.

If you’re heading to this spot located at 450 Beach Crescent, you’ll see around 4,500 enthusiasts decked out in head-to-toe white gathering for an elegant picnic evening.

This year marks the 31st anniversary of Le Dîner en Blanc de Paris, which launched in the city of love in 1988 thanks to François Pasquier and a handful of friends. Since then Le Dîner en Blanc has become a worldwide epicurean phenomenon.
