Top 5 things to see at the Vancouver Home + Design Show

Looking to update your digs? The Vancouver Home + Design Show is the Lower Mainland’s top home improvement hot spot, happening October 16 to 19 at BC Place. With more than 325 local retailers and experts, plus the biggest design and cooking celebs in the biz, it’s easy to get overwhelmed – but fret not. Our list of the top five things to see at the show is sure to keep you (and your design dreams) on the right track.

1. Metrie Main Stage

Seeking guidance from the experts? The biggest names in the industry, including Colin McAllister & Justin Ryan, stars of Cottage Life TV’s Colin & Justin’s Cabin Pressure and Bryan Baeumler, host of HGTV’s Leave it to Bryan, plus local crowd favourites, will take to the Metrie Main Stage and offer their advice on renovations and design.

2. Vancouver Magazine Cooking Stage

Celebrity chef Corbin Tomaszeski and Vancouver’s best-known chefs, including Andrey Durbach (The Abbey), Hamid Salimian (Earls Kitchen + Bar) and David Robertson (The Dirty Apron), are going to dish it out live on the Vancouver Magazine Cooking Stage – catch them in action for recipes and pro cooking tips.
