The 25th Annual Vancouver Health Show

Dec 20 2017, 2:17 am

In our yoga-pant wearing, Crossfit-kicking, seawall-running city, it’s fair to say that Vancouverites take their health very seriously.

And it’s not just about the scale. Wellness has extended to all facets of the way we work, eat, and live. From green living to holistic medicine, there’s a significant shift towards searching out alternative ways to take better care of ourselves and our city.

That’s why each year the Vancouver Health Show attracts thousands of locals in search of the latest and greatest in wellness.

“We are expecting a record turnout for the show this weekend,” says Virginia Richie, the show’s producer. “Every year we have an increasing demand from health-conscious consumers looking for expert advice, gurus, and companies that are offering innovative and natural solutions to the way we live.”

From celebrity trainer Tommy Europe to 10-year-old non-GMO activist Daniel Bissonnette, the line-up of experts will be leading seminars on the health industry’s hot-button topics, including mental wellness, aging, hormonal health, holistic nutrition, diet, fitness, sustainable living, and women’s health.

“This year’s show promises to offer today’s empowered consumer lots of information to help them make healthy choices for themselves and families…” added Richie. “With wellness always being a trending issue, these types of events are so important to keep consumers informed and educated on their well-being. We encourage people to come listen, bring your questions, and leave with answers.”
