Solve a murder at Vancouver's Halloween Mystery Nights

Oct 10 2017, 12:47 am

Thirteen years ago, Jimmy Capello was found dead in his downtown Vancouver apartment — strangled, poisoned, and stabbed. Now the police department has re-opened the cold case, and it’s up to you to solve it.

Was the killer casino boss Greg Flament? World famous psychiatrist Susan Slater? Or party girl heiress Janet Evans? Armed with your detective kit and a team of friends, you’ll figure out which of the suspects killed Jimmy Capello.

Vancouver Mysteries’ Halloween Mystery Nights return this year with murder mystery game Crime in Downtown. In the game, players work together in a team as they find clues and complete challenges while they explore downtown Vancouver and Gastown.

The start point is a secret location near Waterfront Station, where players meet a detective from the Terminal City Police Department – a costumed actor – who provides a briefing on the case and everything you need to solve it, including tools, maps, and evidence from the case file.

To play, each team needs two or more players – with a prize each night for the winning team. Games start at 7 pm nightly from October 13 to October 31.
