As a result of most Vancouverites practicing physical distancing, and financial hardships due to the pandemic, gyms and fitness studios across the city have temporarily closed.

But that doesn’t mean your fitness routines have to shut down too. A number of studios have begun to offer digital classes, giving you the perfect opportunity to keep your body moving and your mind active.

Here are several studios and gyms offering online workouts and classes.
