This Sunday, head to Grandview Park where you will be able to find a plethora of free things at Vancouver’s Free Market.
With the goal of community building, the Free Market aims to bring people together to share their skills and learn something new.
Whether you want to bring free advice, food, teach people how to ride a bike, or perform a skit, the Free Market is a welcoming space for anyone to do just that.
“You are encouraged to make this your own, and participate in whatever ways you see fit in the strive for building a better community,” says the Free Market in their event post.
All you have to bring is yourself, something you would like to share, and an empty bag (to carry all the free stuff you find).
When: Sunday, October 2 (and every second Sunday after this date)
Where: Grandview Park- 1657 Charles St.
Cost: Free (obviously)
