Vancouver’s forecast is calling for a much-needed break from the rain over the next few days, according to Environment Canada.
After heavy precipitation and flash flooding over the weekend, the weather agency is predicting clear skies and sunshine from Tuesday to Friday.
Tuesday’s forecast includes a 30% chance of showers, although they’re set to clear by the early afternoon. The rest of the day calls for a mix of sun and clouds.
Wednesday to Friday look to be clear, sunny skies, although precipitation will likely return in time for the weekend.

The clear skies, however, mean that Vancouver will be looking at much lower temperatures in the evening and overnight.
While daytime temperatures range from a high of 7°C to 11°C, nighttime temperatures will drop to near zero, with lows between 1°C and 3°C.

In other words, enjoy the short break from the rain, but be sure to bundle up.
