It looks like it’s going to be a wet week leading up to the holidays.
At least, that’s according to Environment Canada.
The weather agency is calling for seven straight days of precipitation in the forecast running from Monday to Sunday.
Monday is forecasted as having rain throughout the day, as well as a chance for wet snow over higher elevations in the early morning.
Tuesday’s forecast calls for rain starting in the morning and precipitation totals ranging between 15 and 25 mm.
Looking at the rest of the week, there will likely showers, although they’ll ease up on Friday and Sunday.
As far as temperatures go, expect Monday to be the coldest day of the week in terms of daytime temperatures with a high of 5°C.
Tuesday to Sunday show daytime highs of 7°C to 9°C and overnight lows of 3°C and 6°C.
