If you’ve ever wanted to walk a runway in head-to-toe latex, here’s your chance.

Organizers of Vancouver Fetish Weekend are putting out a call for models ahead of their headline fashion show, which is part of the city’s largest annual gathering of kink, fashion, and alternative art communities.

The festival returns July 24 to 28, with events planned across the city and a major fashion show set for Saturday night.

The 2025 runway will feature designs by Kurage Latex, a Tokyo-based couture label known for its architectural silhouettes and vibrant colours.

A limited number of volunteer spots are open for models of all genders and experience levels.

To apply, you’ll need to send your measurements (in centimetres), a photo, and your availability for fittings and rehearsal to evilyn13news@gmail.com. You’ll also need to include a link to your website or Instagram, if you’ve had any previous fashion show experience, and if you’d be willing to wear a hood or mask.

If selected, models will receive a staff pass covering entry to all VFW events.

The runway show is part of the 11th anniversary Fetish Ball, which will take place at the newly renovated Aurum Event Centre in False Creek.
