When it comes to eating local, there’s no better place to start than a farmers’ market. Aisles of farm-fresh produce, meats, and eggs beckon, alongside tasty prepared foods, baked goods, coffee, and more.

Vancouver’s farmers’ markets offer a great chance to explore what’s in season, and for consumers to get to learn more about where their food is coming from, new ways to prepare it, and spend some time out in the community.

The spring, summer, and early fall months are a bustling time for crops, and there are many terrific farmers’ markets running in the city itself. Here is our guide to the Vancouver farmers’ markets.
