Early bird tickets for the Tragically Hip went on sale Monday morning at 10 a.m., but many Vancouver fans were left in the dust after scalpers snapped up the tickets.

Stubhub.com, a secondary ticket sale website, has hundreds of Tragically Hip tickets for sale for both the nosebleeds and the floor of Rogers Arena. Floor seats are available for purchase for up to $1,100.
People are taking to social media to air their frustrations.

A portion of the proceeds from Tragically Hip ticket sales will be donated to the Sunnybrook Foundation, a Toronto-based hospital that specializes in cancer research and treatment. Many fans criticized platforms like StubHub for reselling tickets that have a charitable aspect. In response, StubHub released a statement saying they’ll also make a donation to the Sunnybrook Foundation.

The Tragically Hip announced they were embarking on one last Canadian tour following lead singer Gordie Downie’s terminal brain cancer diagnoses. The band recently added a second Vancouver concert date on July 26.
General tickets for the Man Machine Poem Tour go on sale on Friday, June 3 at 10 a.m.
