What: Daniel Caesar will be performing two nights at Vancouver’s Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre this November in part of his CASE STUDY: 01 TOUR. CASE STUDY 01 follows Caesar’s 2017 studio debut Freudian and features other prominent artists including Pharrell Williams, John Mayer, Sean Leon, and Jacob Collier.

Cinderella The Panto

Cinderella Panto (Fraser Valley Gilbert and Sullivan Society)

What: The Fraser Valley Gilbert and Sullivan Society presents Cinderella The Panto. Written by James Barry, Cinderella tells the classic tale to favourite ’70s music. Unwrapped toys are also being collected by the Christmas Bureau.

Trivia Night: Wildlife and Wilderness Event

What: Wilderness Committee hosts a Trivia Night at eight 1/2 Restaurant Lounge in support of their work protecting endangered species in BC. Form a team and see how much you know about the province’s wildlife and the history of the landscape.

Christmas Glow Vancouver

What: Christmas Glow will take place inside the Harbour Convention Centre, and visitors will be able to enjoy nearly 50,000 sq. ft. of enchanting twinkling lights and holiday activities.

This year’s theme for Vancouver is “Santa’s Lost Presents.” Guests will be able to help the elves find Santa’s lost presents. Themed light-up structures, including Santa’s sleigh and his trusty reindeer, will be set up around the venue. Adults will be able to enjoy the licensed bars, seasonal beverages, and live music while interactive activities and festive playgrounds will keep the kids busy.

Frequencies: Exhibition

What: Roundhouse Artist in Residence George Rahi presents his exhibition, Frequencies, in the Great Hall throughout November. Rahi studies the functions and potentials of public sounds, getting inspiration from the historical role of church tower bells.
