West Coast Christmas Show

What: Entering its 11th year, the West Coast Christmas Show is a three-day event that boasts more than 200 vendors and live presentations. Visitors can also find live entertainment through local bands, choirs, and carollers, and a massive model train setup.

Broadway Across Canada – Waitress

What: Broadway Across Canada presents the Tony-award nominated Waitress. Brought to the stage by an all-female creative team, Waitress features original music and lyrics by Grammy-nominated Sara Bareilles, a book by acclaimed screenwriter Jessie Nelson, and original direction by Tony Award-winner Diane Paulus.

Vancouver Giants vs Lethbridge Hurricanes

Kuroko

What: The world premiere of Kuroko by Tetsuro Shigematsu, the creator behind Empire of the Son and 1 Hour Photo. The play follows Maya, an extreme recluse known as a hikikomoriwho meets a stranger online who challenges her to save her own father’s life. Directed by Amiel Gladstone, director and co-creator of the musical Onegin.

Saints, Sinners and Souvenirs: Italian Masterworks on Paper

What: The Burnaby Art Gallery presents Saints, Sinners and Souvenirs: Italian Masterworks on Paper. The exhibition showcases Italian Master prints and drawings from Vancouver-area public and private collections, from the Renaissance to the late 18th century.

Eastside Culture Crawl 2019

Smoke Show Cabaret YVR

Native Bee Society of BC – Inaugural AGM 2019

What: The Native Bee Society of British Columbia hosts their Inaugural AGM event, and everyone is welcome. The event will include speakers delivering Native Bee Talks, locally grown tea and homemade snacks, along with informative displays, a pollinator corridor walk led by Brian Campbell, and the AGM.

20th Annual Hyde Creek Salmon Festival
