Whistler Village Beer Festival 2019

What: The Whistler Village Beer Festival features over 70 breweries and more than 140 craft beers and ciders, food trucks, and plenty of live music. There will also be food pairing dinners, unique cask nights, beer yoga, forged axe throwing, and a two-day main event at Whistler Olympic Plaza.

New Play Festival

What: Arts Club’s New Play Festival features free live public readings of new scripts by Canadian actors, directors, dramaturgs, and playwrights. Audience members are invited to take part in a discussion with the artists after each reading.

Vancouver Fringe Bar

What: The third-annual festival will be taking over downtown Vancouver with concerts by local and international acts. Artists this year include from Japanese rapper/producer Joji, Vancouver’s very own Black Mountain, and indie rockers The Paper Kites from Australia.

Westward Music Festival has also partnered up with the Yaletown BIA to include three free outdoor stages alongside a beer garden, food and local vendors for local residents to enjoy. One of these stages will be hosted by Music BC and showcase local emerging artists.
