Vancouver dance video highlights skills of local artists

Dec 20 2017, 12:41 am

A Vancouver-based filmmaker and artist is showing that when mediums meet, the results can be hypnotic.

Titled “Get Up Now”, the video, shot and produced in Downtown Vancouver, combines electronic music, dance, and visual effects for a surreal visual experience.

The video was produced by visual effects/motion graphics artist Omid Pakbin, with a performance from the tallest pop-and-lock dancer in the world, Kyle “TooTall” Strauts, and music by French artist Chloé Herry (known as CloZee).
