Jameson House is the first residential high-rise in North America designed by the famous firm of Foster and Partner. Further, this building was one of the many that went through a tough period during the great credit crisis of 2008 and was on the verge of not being built at all. However, the building is now near completion and once done it will stand at 116 metres in height. In total the tower will be 37 floors of which 10 stories is dedicated to retail and office space. The buildings best feature is its design. I’d argue it’s one of the better towers to be built in Vancouver this past decade.
