12 epic Vancouver concerts to look forward to this fall

Some of music’s biggest stars are coming to Vancouver this fall, and we’ve got the lowdown on the concerts you need to check out.

What: Thirteen-time Grammy winner John Legend brings the Get Lifted 20th Anniversary Tour to Rogers Arena on Wednesday, Dec. 3.

John Legend is an EGOT winner with multiple Grammys, an Academy Award, a Golden Globe, a Tony, and three Emmys under his belt. Fans will also recognize him as The Voice‘s senior coach.

The Get Lifted 20th Anniversary World Tour will showcase the entirety of the double-platinum album Get Lifted, which won him legions of fans with hits like “Ordinary People,” “Used to Love U,” and “Number One.”

Aly & AJ

What: Aly & AJ Michalka are a sister duo that began their career as Disney Channel stars before taking on the world of music with hits like “Rush” and “Potential Breakup Song.”

Aly & AJ come to the Vogue Theatre with the Silver Deliverer Tour on Saturday, Sept. 27, with guest Amanda Shires.

Musical Magic: Disney Edition

What: The next edition of Inspired at The Chan brings guests to the Happiest Place on Earth. Musical Magic: Disney Edition features songs from beloved films performed by several local talents in this matinee concert. Costumes are welcome, and candy will even be given out pre-show.

The Beaches

What: Juno Award winners The Beaches are coming to Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre on Saturday, Oct. 25 with the No Hard Feelings tour.

Jordan Miller, Kylie Miller, Leandra Earl, and Eliza Enman-McDaniel came together to form The Beaches in 2013 and have won over legions of fans with their high-energy live shows and catchy hits.

Fort Langley Ukulele Festival

What: The Langley Ukulele Association is hosting the First Annual International Ukulele Festival, and several of Hawaii’s top musical talents will be performing, including Craig Chee, Sarah Maisel, and Bryan Tolentino.

The festival lineup will include acclaimed Ukulele performers from the Pacific Northwest, like Neal Chin, Eduardo Garcia, and Luongo family members Peter, Paul, and Mark. There will be a mix of free and ticketed events throughout Fort Langley as well as workshops, so don’t miss out on the fun.

Like Whatever, The Wavebirds, Dead Fast and Mivule

What: Get ready for an evening of great local live music at Bully’s Studio. Whether you’re a fan of ska, punk or afro reggae, there will be something for you to enjoy at Wild Cards, featuring performances by Like Whatever, The Wavebirds, Dead Fast, and Mivule.

Shawn Mendes

Shawn Mendes

What: Canadian superstar Shawn Mendes is on the road for his Europe and North America tour, and he’s bringing the party to Vancouver.

Mendes has eight Juno Awards and three Grammy nominations under his belt, as well as won 13 SOCAN awards and 10 MTV Europe Music Awards. In 2018, he was named one of Time‘s 100 most influential people in the world and also provided the singing voice of the title character in the film Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile.

Elf in Concert

What: Elf, one of the most beloved Christmas films of all time, is returning this holiday season in Vancouver. The Will Ferrell comedy classic is getting the live concert treatment at the Orpheum Theatre.

Vancouver Symphony Orchestra will bring John Debney’s heartwarming score to life while the film is projected onto a massive 40-foot movie screen.

The Who

What: Legendary rockers The Who are bringing their North American farewell tour to Vancouver on Tuesday, Sept. 23.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Famers behind hits like “Who Are You” and “Won’t Get Fooled Again” are also the recipients of the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.

Benson Boone

What: Boone is a three-time Grammy nominee who has topped the charts around the albums with his two studio albums.

He has opened for such music luminaries as Imagine Dragons and Taylor Swift, and his American Heart World Tour is his third as the headlining act.

Chor Leoni – The Songs Will Remain

What: Chor Leoni’s presents the 34th annual Remembrance Day observance at St. Andrew’s-Wesley United. The program of music and readings showcases diverse perspectives on war and injustice and honours those who sang their songs. The Songs Will Remain is a concert for community contemplation, reflection, and dreams of peace.

When: Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025

claire rousay, The Bloody Lady (Live Score) and Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe

What: Renowned composers and musicians claire rousay and Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe team up for an evening of haunted sonic underworlds and storytelling at the Rio Theatre.

The special VIFF Live Vancouver concert will see claire rousay perform her new live score of the film The Bloody Lady, and Lowe will present an improvisation performance that reveals his cinematic worlds associated with his scores for films like The Man in My Basement, CandymanSeeds, and Life After, the latter two of which are screening at VIFF 2025.
