Ari Shaffir/Ticketmaster
What: Ari Shaffir has released several comedy specials, including Double Negative, Paid Regular, and Jew. He also created the Comedy Central storytelling show This Is Not Happening and is the host of the hit podcast You Be Trippin. He performs two shows in Vancouver in April.

Teen Angst Night at Fox Cabaret
What: Teen Angst is a comedic reading series where brave performers share the most embarrassing parts of their teenage notebooks for the audience’s entertainment.
The lineup of performers includes comedians, actors, filmmakers, and people who may have never been on stage before. Laugh along with live readings of high school poetry, LiveJournal posts, songs, letters, journals, and more.

Crumby Comedy

Crumby Comedy
What: Crumby Comedy can be found every Monday at Portland Craft on Main Street and has been featured at Just For Laughs Vancouver. Check out the city’s up-and-coming talent, touring stars, and more at this weekly event. There will also be a Rapid Fire Comedy segment where new comedians perform two minutes of stand-up while enduring sound effects and heckling via a bullhorn.

The Bachelor-ish at The Improv Centre
What: The Improv Centre’s improvisers are looking for love in all the funny places, and they need your help. The Bachelor-ish will see an improviser go on a romantic adventure with a cast of quirky and lovable contestants, with your suggestions inspiring the heartfelt and hilarious show.

Trixx at the House of Comedy
What: Trixx has a stacked comedy resume, including winning the Boston Comedy Festival, World Series of Comedy, and the Just for Laughs’ JFL42 Big Break Competition throughout his career. The stand-up comedian has performed on Kevin Hart’s LOL Network, at Jamaica Comedy Festival, and New York Comedy Festival.

Just Kidding Comedy
What: Josh De Grandi and Kelsey Hamilton welcome some of Vancouver’s top comedians monthly to Just Kidding Comedy. Guests will often see pro comics drop by Fable for the fun, including Juno award winners and stand-up comics who have performed on late-night talk shows.

Liars of Orpheus Princess Bride Mashup
