The 1st annual Vancouver Christmas Market is bringing a little bit of European Christmas splendour to Vancouver from November 24th to December 24th. The Vancouver Christmas Market provides unique holiday shopping, socializing and entertainment experience for everyone.

The market is situated conveniently at the corner of West Georgia and Hamilton Street on the Queen Elizabeth Theatre Plaza.

The festively decorated outdoor village features rows of illuminated wooden huts and thousands of Christmas lights creating an enchanting atmosphere to stroll through with friends and family. The sound of bells and trumpeters and spicy gingerbread make the village an unforgettable experience for locals and visitors alike.

Along with traditional Bavarian and German food and drinks, visitors can saunter between over 30 unique vendors from both Canada and Germany, featuring unique gift ideas including handmade arts and crafts. In addition, traditional holiday activities such as gingerbread and candle decorating will have people coming back again and again.

The center of the plaza will be brought to life by a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, helping blend the centuries-old history of the European market with new entertainment for people of all ages.
