Bubble World, which some may consider an iconic Chinese eatery, has been around since the mid-90s. The Robson location has been around since 2006.

The property has been listed for $100,008 and offers 1,153 sq. ft. of space.

According to the listing for the Bubble World property, the sale presents an “exciting opportunity” to own a well-established spot in a prime location.

This high-visibility storefront benefits from exceptional foot traffic and is surrounded by popular retail shops, restaurants, hotels, and major tourist attractions, attracting a steady flow of both local customers and visitors throughout the day,” the listing states.

The restaurant offers around 1,153 sq. ft. of space, with a prep kitchen that is equipped with a commercial deep fryer and a “residential-style ventilation system suitable for boiling and steaming.”

Regarding the future of the establishment, the listing says that the new owner could continue the existing concept or introduce a new idea, which would be subject to landlord approval.

1738 Robson St., the home of Noodle Arts, has been listed for $218,000, and it offers 1,200 sq. ft. of space. Annual property taxes amount to $99,274.30, according to Realtor.ca.

Noodle Arts, a spot that has been recommended on social media for its hand-pulled noodles, offers authentic Lanzhou noodles, which the restaurant calls “the No. 1 noodle in China.”

The listing for the Robson Street property says that the restaurant has been “operating “successfully for several years.”

It offers a new owner great street exposure and steady foot traffic. The Re/Max Crest Realty listing also suggests that the restaurant features a loyal customer base thanks to its central location that attracts locals and tourists.

“This restaurant presents a great opportunity for an owner-operator or investor to continue the existing business or introduce a new concept in one of Vancouver’s most sought-after commercial corridors,” the listing adds.

The listings for both Vancouver Chinese restaurants ask suitors not to disturb staff.
