Lunch is an essential component of the day. Not only is it an important time to refuel and silence hunger pangs, but it’s also an excuse to escape the office and meet with friends.
For those on a $5 budget, lunch is prime dining hour, as many restaurants offer more affordable menus at noon. To see where you can stretch your $5, check out some mid-day meals Vancity Buzz and Chowmenow found in Vancouver.

To celebrate the grand opening, The Noodle Box is serving everyone a free lunch at their new location in Mount Pleasant! Bring $5 to donate this Saturday and you can help a great cause in the process.
