After a much-needed holiday of indulging in turkey and all of the dessert that could be handled, it’s the perfect time to hit the “food reset button.”

If you’re looking to stick to your New Year’s healthy eating AND budget resolutions, these five spots are here to help.

Tractor Foods

Step one: pick the Veggie Salad of your choosing for $3.50 (roasted beets, green beans, goat’s milk feta and herb vinaigrette anyone?). Step two: make it a meal and add protein like half an avocado for $2.75 or Albacore tuna steak with lemon for $5.
