Everyone seems to be going gluten-free these days. While “diet” and “restriction” aren’t exactly words in our vocabulary, more and more people are waving wheat goodbye. So if your grocery list includes tamari, amaranth cereal, and spaghetti made from rice, Vancity Buzz and Chowmenow found some cheap eats that are going to be right up your gluten-free alley.
