Vancouver Bach Choir throws birthday bash with free concert and cake

The Vancouver Bach Choir and Tom Lee Music are hosting a festive 200th birthday celebration in honour of two of music’s most influential composers – Italy’s Giuseppe Verdi and Germany’s Richard Wagner, both born in 1813. The celebration kicks off today at noon at Tom Lee Music on Granville Street with a free concert and cake.

What: Rare noon-hour performance from members of the Vancouver Bach Choir and the UBC Opera Ensemble, conducted by Music Director Leslie Dala, with free cake!
