On November 21st, the Vancouver Aquarium will be the scene of a great culinary battle! Twelve of the city’s top chefs will go head-to-head for the title of 2012 Ocean Wise Chowder Chowdown Champion. The competing chefs will create delectable chowders paired with craft beer. Guests will vote on their favourite and a winner will be crowned. All in support of sustainable seafood.
