Ever wanted to know everything there is to know about the sex lives of aquatic animals?
Well, maybe not everything. But really, diving into the mating habits of marine animals may just be the most fun and unique way to spend Valentine’s Day with your significant other or best pal.
Get ready to enjoy a night of exploration and laughter at the Valentine’s Day-themed After Hours on February 14 at the Vancouver Aquarium!
With a drink in hand, enjoy all the special programming the Vancouver Aquarium will have on offer for the night. We’re talking cheeky adult puppet plays, shark reproduction shows, and an animal sex talk with Vancouver Aquarium veterinary fellow Dr Megan Strobel.
You’ll find out which aquatic species mates for 14 hours straight, or which aquatic animal has the biggest penis-to-body-size ratio. You know; the important stuff in life.
Leave the children at home for the night — this is (obviously) an adults-only event. You can purchase cocktails, beer, and wine throughout the Aquarium.
Also, word to the wise: This event regularly sells out, so if you are just dying to know about the four ways that sharks reproduce (yes you read that right, four), get your tickets today.
We’re giving away two tickets to the Vancouver Aquarium Valentine’s Day-themed After Hours, so enter the contest below for the chance to win what will most definitely be the most interesting Valentine’s date yet!
